Kinetics of hydrolysis of cellulose in sugarcane bagasseConduct a survey on the changes in glucose content in the hydrolyzed solution and the efficiency of hydrolysis of cellulose in sugarcane bagasse to better understand the hydrolysis process with the participation of surfactants, thereby creating a basis for high-efficiency fermentation of ethanol. The experiment was conducted under the conditions of solid residue 5%, stirring speed of 150 rpm, pH 5, the concentration of enzyme Celli Ctect 2 of 5 FPU/mL for 72 hours. Samples were taken periodically to evaluate glucose content, efficiency and hydrolysis rate. The results are shown in Figure 2.Figure 2.
