                        The  survey  results  also  indicate  that  among  the  materials  used  for  packaging
                  products, over 75% of customers receive their goods packaged with bubble wrap and
                  cardboard.

                        Specifically, observing chart 3.8 clearly shows the attitudes of consumers toward
                  e-commerce  packaging  materials,  with  more  than  65%  indicating  that  they  throw  it
                  away, while the remaining actions include reusing, recycling, and others.
