usability, its ability to be reused multiple times, environmental friendliness of packaging
of e-commerce goods…, thereby contributing to reducing the amount of waste generated

                  from product replacement.
                        - In addition, it is important to promote responsible consumption. Encouraging
smart shopping emphasizes greater awareness of responsible consumer behavior.
Instead of making purchases based on emotions or advertisements, consumers are
encouraged to consider the impact of their shopping actions on the environment and
society. Consumers need to clearly identify whether the product meets their real needs
or not because sometimes, a product may be an attractive option but may not be
necessary or suitable for daily life needs. Once needs have been identified, consumers

can optimize product choices through comparing and selecting the product with the best
quality and most suitable for their specific needs.
                        4.3. For universities
To address the issue of e-commerce waste in schools, here are some proposed
                  solutions that you can implement:
                        - Universities should enhance educational programs and raise awareness about the

issue of e-commerce waste among students. This could include teaching about the
impact of e-commerce waste on the environment and how to minimize the use of
unnecessary products. Establishing a separate collection and recycling system for e-
commerce waste, schools can then collaborate with recycling organizations to ensure
that these products are safely processed and can be partially reused.
                        - By promoting reuse and recycling, schools can create programs for reusing and
recycling e-commerce waste. For example, they could establish an exchange booth or

collect cardboard, paper, and other materials within the school community.
                        - Schools should organize workshops to promote and raise students' awareness
about the impact of e-commerce waste on the environment. Additionally, organizations
and educational institutions should hold competitions to identify specific initiatives and
solutions that promote green e-commerce and reduce the use of packaging and plastic
                  materials.

                        4.4. For enterprise
                        - Businesses should optimize packaging because it is a crucial aspect of
minimizing waste and protecting the environment in e-commerce operations.
Companies need to reduce unnecessary packaging, which includes eliminating
excessive or non-essential layers of packaging, especially those used for decorative
                  purposes that are not necessary.
                        - In addition, businesses can use packaging materials that are reusable, recyclable,
or biodegradable, thereby reducing their negative impact on the environment.

                        - Additionally, it is important to enhance awareness and education for businesses
distributing, and logistics e-commerce goods by providing information and guidance on
how to choose and use e-commerce good production technology, raw materials,
                  packaging materials, and logistics sustainably.
