                        The  competitiveness  of  the  tourism  industry  is  also  increasingly  enhanced.  In
                  2019, Vietnam ranked 63/140 countries and territories, up 17 places compared to 2011;
                  in  2022,  the development capacity index of Vietnam Tourism continued to increase,

                  reaching  52 .  However,  in  2023,  Vietnam's  tourism  development  capacity  index

                  decreased  by  7  places  compared  to  2022,  ranking  59 .  The  tourism  industry  has
                  received  many  prestigious awards from the World Travel Awards. In 2023, Vietnam
                  was  honored  to  receive  19  World's  Leading  Awards  and  54 Asia's Leading Awards
                  presented  by  the  World  Travel  Awards  such  as:  “World's  Leading  Heritage
                  Destination”  (4  consecutive  years),  “Asia's  Leading  Destination”  (5  consecutive
                  years); “World's Best Golf Destination 2019”, “Asia's Leading Culinary Destination”;

                  “Asia's  Best  Golf  Destination”  (3  consecutive  years).  It  can  be  said  that  Vietnam's
                  tourism is growing stronger and stronger, gradually affirming its position and brand in
                  the region and the world.
                        In  a  survey  by  the  Institute  for  Tourism  Development  Research  (2020)  of  20
                  tourism experts on the arrangement of priorities (important) of tourism development
                  criteria towards green growth, the majority of experts said that “Exploiting and using
                  tourism  resources  rationally  and  effectively_KT&SD”  is  the  most  important  factor
                  (accounting for 32.4%), followed by “Building strategies and plans for green tourism

                  development,  implementing  green  tourism  management_XDCL”  (accounting  for
