                  tourism businesses; Strongly promoting the conversion, assessment and certification of
                  sustainable  tourism  according  to  the  standards  of  the  Global  Sustainable  Tourism
                  Council (GSTC) for tourism establishments and hotels; researching and developing a
                  green tourism certification system that meets international standards for Vietnamese
                  tourism products and destination brands.
                        (2)    Society:
                        Building  programs  on  living  culture  and  green  lifestyle.  Developing  tourism
                  associated  with  preserving  and  promoting  the  value  of  national  cultural  heritage,

                  exploiting the advantages of each locality. Focusing on developing cultural tourism,
                  linking tourism development with preserving and promoting the value of heritage and
                  national cultural identity.
                        Ensuring national interests, community interests, rights and legitimate interests of
                  tourists,  organizations  and  individuals  doing  tourism  business.  The  community  is
                  facilitated to invest in tourism development, restore and promote cultural forms, folk

                  arts,  traditional  crafts,  and  produce  local  goods  to  serve  tourists,  contributing  to
                  improving  the  material  and  spiritual  life  of  local  people.  Tourism  contributes  to
                  preserving  and  promoting  cultural  values,  creating  livelihoods  for  the  community,
                  contributing  to  the  successful  implementation  of  national  target  programs;  improve
                  people's knowledge and spiritual life.
                        (3) Environment:
                        The  State  has  policies  to  encourage  investment  in  developing  new  tourism

                  products that have a positive impact on the environment. Prioritize the selection of high-
                  quality, environmentally friendly tourism projects.
                        Managing and effectively using natural resources, protecting the environment and
                  biodiversity, and proactively adapting to climate change. Improving pollution control
                  capacity,  ensuring  prevention,  reduction  and  effective  handling  of  pollution  sources
                  from tourism activities. Focusing on forecasting, warning, proactive  prevention and

                  mitigation  of  natural  disaster  damage,  and  adaptation  to  climate  change  in  the
                  construction and operation of tourism service facilities. Encouraging tourism service
                  facilities  to  use  clean  energy,  renewable  energy,  recycled  and  reused  products,  and
                  applying clean technology to limit environmental pollution and reduce greenhouse gas

                  emissions .
                        Protecting the natural and social environment at key tourist destinations in the
                  direction of “Green, clean, beautiful, civilized, friendly tourist destinations”. Applying
                  technical  advances  to  control  environmental  issues,  manage  and  develop  resources;

                  inspect the implementation of environmental protection regulations of tourism service
                  providers.  Encouraging  the  development  of  green  tourism, environmentally friendly
