Tóm tắt: Kỷ nguyên số đã thay đổi căn bản yêu cầu đối với đào tạo luật, buộc phải chuyển
từ mô hình truyền thụ kiến thức truyền thống sang mô hình phát triển năng lực, tích hợp công
nghệ và liên ngành. Nghiên cứu này phân tích các định hướng và giải pháp đổi mới đào tạo luật

tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học đa ngành, đa lĩnh vực (lấy Học viện Phụ nữ Việt Nam làm ví dụ).
Trọng tâm là ứng dụng công nghệ số, học tập dựa trên dữ liệu, và tăng cường hợp tác liên
ngành. Tham chiếu kinh nghiệm quốc tế từ Harvard và Cambridge, nghiên cứu làm rõ mô hình
kết hợp giữa nền tảng pháp lý cơ bản với năng lực số, tư duy công nghệ và kỹ năng thực hành.
Bài viết chỉ ra các thách thức tại Việt Nam và đề xuất giải pháp hiện đại hóa đào tạo luật, phù
hợp với chuyển đổi số và mục tiêu phát triển bền vững. Kết quả góp phần nâng cao chất lượng,

tính thích ứng và mức độ đáp ứng của đào tạo luật trong bối cảnh số hóa nhanh chóng.

Abstract: The digital era has fundamentally transformed the requirements of legal
education, necessitating a shift from a traditional knowledge-transmission model to a
competency-based, technology-integrated, and interdisciplinary approach. This paper
analyzes key orientations and solutions for innovating legal training at multidisciplinary and
multi-field higher education institutions, with Vietnam Women’s Academy as a representative
example, emphasizing the application of digital technologies, data-driven learning, and

strengthened cross-sector collaboration. Drawing on international experiences from leading
universities such as Harvard and Cambridge, the study clarifies models that combine
foundational legal knowledge with digital competencies, technological thinking, and practical
skills. The paper also identifies several challenges for Vietnam and proposes actionable
solutions to modernize legal education in alignment with digital-transformation requirements
and sustainable development goals. The findings contribute to enhancing the quality,
adaptability, and responsiveness of legal education in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
