Tóm tắt: Bài viết phân tích tác động của chuyển đổi số đến nghề luật sư Việt Nam
hiện nay và tương lai. Dựa trên kinh nghiệm nghề nghiệp, phân tích tài liệu và thực tiễn,
tác giả chỉ ra rằng công nghệ mang lại nhiều cơ hội phát triển nhưng đồng thời tạo thách
thức lớn đối với nghề luật sư. Dù vậy, luật sư vẫn không thể bị AI thay thế nhờ khả năng
thấu hiểu tâm lý, cảm xúc và đạo đức nghề nghiệp. Trong bài viết tác giả có bình luận về
thực trạng đào tạo cử nhân luật đồng thời đưa ra năm gợi mở cải cách trong đào tạo cử
nhân luật nhằm đáp ứng cho việc hành nghề luật sư trong bối cảnh mới. Kết luận nghề
luật sư vẫn giữ vai trò quan trọng không thể thay thế; đào tạo cử nhân luật cần gắn với
thực tiễn và kỷ nguyên số để tạo ra nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, đáp ứng hội nhập quốc
tế.

THE FUTURE OF LEGAL PRACTICE AND PROPOSALS FOR
MODERNISING UNDERGRADUATE LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE AGE OF
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract: The article analyses the impact of digital transformation on the legal
profession in Vietnam, both at present and in the future. Based on the professional
experience, the analysis of documents and practice, the author points out that technologies
bring substantial opportunities while simultaneously posing significant challenges to
lawyers. Nevertheless, lawyers cannot be replaced by AI due to their unique capacity for
psychological insight, empathy, and adherence to professional ethics. The article also
examines the current state of undergraduate legal education in Vietnam and proposes five
reform recommendations to better prepare law graduates for practising law in the new
context. In conclusion, the legal profession retains its indispensable and irreplaceable
role; undergraduate legal education must be closely linked to real-world practice and the
digital era in order to produce high-quality human resources capable of meeting the
requirements of international integration.
