Tóm tắt: Chuyển đổi số đang làm thay đổi sâu sắc cấu trúc và phương thức vận hành của
giáo dục đại học nói chung, và đào tạo luật nói riêng. Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và xã hội
số, việc đào tạo nguồn nhân lực pháp lý có năng lực công nghệ, hiểu biết về dữ liệu và đạo đức
pháp lý số trở thành yêu cầu cấp thiết. Bài viết tập trung phân tích các tác động của chuyển đổi
số đối với đào tạo luật, cả ở khía cạnh tích cực (mở rộng học liệu, linh hoạt hóa phương thức
học tập, nâng cao khả năng đánh giá năng lực) và thách thức (hạn chế tương tác thực hành, yêu

cầu năng lực số cho giảng viên, vấn đề bảo mật và bản quyền học liệu). Qua đó, bài viết đề xuất
định hướng xây dựng mô hình “đào tạo luật trong môi trường số” với các trụ cột: (i) khung
năng lực số cho người học và giảng viên luật; (ii) chương trình đào tạo thích ứng, gắn với học
liệu và phương pháp dạy - học số; (iii) cơ chế đánh giá dựa trên chuẩn đầu ra và dữ liệu học
tập; và (iv) hoàn thiện khung pháp lý, chính sách hỗ trợ chuyển đổi số trong giáo dục pháp luật.

LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION:
IMPACTS AND ORIENTATIONS

Abstract: Digital transformation is profoundly reshaping the structure and operational
modalities of higher education in general, and legal education in particular. In the context of

globalization and the digital society, the training of legal professionals equipped with
technological competence, data literacy, and digital legal ethics has become an urgent
requirement. This article examines the impacts of digital transformation on legal education,
addressing both its benefits (such as the expansion of learning resources, the increased flexibility
of learning modalities, and the enhancement of competency-based assessment) and its challenges
(including reduced practical interaction, the heightened demand for digital skills among lecturers,

and issues relating to information security and intellectual property in digital learning materials).
Accordingly, the article proposes orientations for developing a model of “legal education in the
digital environment” built upon four pillars: (i) a digital competency framework for law students
and law lecturers; (ii) an adaptive curriculum aligned with digital learning resources and
pedagogical methods; (iii) assessment mechanisms based on learning outcomes and learning
analytics; and (iv) the improvement of the legal and policy framework supporting digital
transformation in legal education.
