The results of Table 3 show that the weight value of main criterion C1 w1=0.349
has the largest value, followed by the weight value of main criterion C2 with w2=0.246,
criterion C4 with w4=0.172, criterion C3 with w3=0.164, and criterion C5 with
w5=0.070. This means that the factor “Readiness of tourism businesses” has the greatest
impact on green growth activities in tourism businesses compared to the remaining
criteria, the “Green inputs of tourism businesses” factor has the second impact, and the
next are the factors “Benefits of tourism businesses”, and “Green behaviors of tourism
businesses”. Finally, there is the “External factors”.
Step 4: Determine the weight of the criteria corresponding to each standard
After determining the standards for evaluating factors affecting the
implementation of tourism policies in businesses, Council members are asked to make
a pairwise comparative assessment between the corresponding criteria. Each standard
uses Chang’s (1996) AHP model to determine the weight of the criteria, based on
formula (2), presented in Table 4.
