(b) Green inputs include capital (green finance), human resources, green growth
orientation. Green inputs reflect the emphasis and implementation of environmental
protection.
(c) Green behavior is a series of environmentally friendly actions, including Green
product development, that is, relying on green technology to develop new green products
with less resource or energy consumption, emissions and pollution; Green process
improvement, including clean production and service chain management, means
adopting new and better technologies, processes and equipment to save energy and
control pollution during operations; Research and development of green technology to
enhance green competitiveness in pollution prevention and control; and Green
management through the construction of green corporate culture, employee training and
green management system, employees can have and implement this concept with
stronger green awareness and consciously carry out their environmental responsibilities.
(d) Green benefits include economic benefits, which refer to increased revenue
and profit, along with cost reduction; environmental benefits, pollution reduction,
energy consumption reduction, enhancement of green image; and benefits of the
enterprise's competitive advantage over competitors in the industry.
(e) External factors include tourist demand, which is one of the requirements of
tourists to protect environmental resources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and
reduce environmental pollution levels with green growth programs of enterprises;
Pressure from competitors of enterprises tending to develop sustainably with green
growth orientations, which increases the challenge of competitive advantages of
enterprises; National policies towards green growth and sustainable development, which
puts pressure on enterprises to carry out green growth activities according to national
orientations; International integration (globalization) is a common pressure for every
country and every enterprise in creating a good image and brand for the world regarding
the responsibility to protect the environment and combat climate change, of which green
growth is one of the activities to fulfill these responsibilities (Tuan, 2021).
