Form a council of decision-makers responsible for selecting a set of standards
Cj and a new set of criteria corresponding to each standard Cjg. After the council

members have selected the criteria and standards, based on the results collected from
the questionnaire, pairwise comparisons are made between the standards and the criteria
corresponding to each standard.

Step 5: Calculate the final value of the corresponding criteria to each standard
The final value of the criteria corresponding to each standard is calculated by the
product between the weight of the standards and the weight of the criteria corresponding

4. Results and Discussion
In this study, data were collected through interviews with experts in teaching and
scientific research in the fields of green growth, sustainable development, and corporate
governance. Questionnaires were sent directly to 07 experts and 04 of them were
selected due to the correlation between their responses as well as the correlation with
the literature review. The selected experts will select and determine the weight of the

criteria according to the following steps:
Step 1: Determine the set of evaluation standards
From the overview of documents to the combination with the practical situation
of businesses, 04 experts discussed and selected 5 criteria in the assessment process

including businesses readiness (C1), Green input of businesses (C2), Green behavior
of businesses (C3), Benefits of businesses (C4) and External factors (C5). In this step,
the decision-making council will evaluate the options, based on the set of criteria. In
which, the opinion of the decision-making council is expressed through the language
variables specified in the table below.
