                        Step 2: Establish a decision-making council
                        The council consists of 04 decision-making experts D1, D2, D3, D4.
                        Step 3: Determine the weight of the criteria

                        After  determining  the  criteria  for  assessing  the  factors  affecting  green  growth
                  activities at tourism businesses, the members of the Council are asked to make a pairwise
                  comparison between the criteria using the AHP model of Chang (1996) to determine the
                  weight of the criteria.
