right to water into the compulsory course “Law on Human Rights”, together with Street
Law activities, moot courts and simulated legal counselling, as well as an outline and
implementation strategy for the MOOC “Safe water, sanitation and law: Understanding
rights for green living” and a framework for evaluating its social impact. The article
contributes a rights-based approach to environmental legal education and offers a
scalable model for law schools in Viet Nam.
