Tóm tắt: Kỷ nguyên số là một trong những thành quả to lớn mà nhân loại đạt được
trên cơ sở ứng dụng khoa học, kỹ thuật hiện đại, tiên tiến, thông minh vào cuộc sống, góp
phần nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả công việc của con người nói chung và đối với hoạt
động nghiên cứu khoa học của giảng viên ngành luật nói riêng. Nghiên cứu khoa học tại
các cơ sở đào tạo trình độ đại học ngành luật là hoạt động thường xuyên, trọng điểm góp

phần nâng cao trình độ lý luận cũng như thực tiễn giảng dạy của giảng viên, qua đó nâng
cao chất lượng sinh viên, học viên tốt nghiệp. Để đáp ứng được yêu cầu trên, cần có những
biện pháp nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học với giảng viên ngành luật
trong kỷ nguyên số tại các cơ sở đào tạo đại học. Tham luận đề xuất một số biện pháp
nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học với giảng viên ngành luật trong kỷ
nguyên số trên cơ sở nghiên cứu, tổng kết thực tiễn hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của

giảng viên một số trường đại học ngành luật.

Abstract: The paper discusses scientific research activities with law lecturers in the
digital age at law universities to improve the quality of human resource training to serve
the needs of society on the basis of advanced scientific research methods and forms. The

digital age is one of the great achievements that humanity has achieved on the basis of
applying modern, advanced, and intelligent science and technology to life, contributing to
improving the quality and efficiency of human work in general and the scientific research
activities of law lecturers in particular. Scientific research at law universities is a regular
and key activity that contributes to improving the theoretical and practical teaching level
of lecturers, thereby improving the quality of students and graduates. To meet the above

requirements, it is necessary to have measures to improve the quality of scientific research
activities with law lecturers in the digital age at universities. The paper proposes a number
of measures to improve the quality of scientific research activities with law lecturers in the
digital age based on research and summary of practical scientific research activities of
lecturers at some law universities.
