Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC). As many universities in and beyond

Vietnam have incorporated responsible business practices into economics and law
curricula, this paper examines the necessity of introducing a compulsory course on the
legal practice of responsible business into the law program at the Faculty of Law, Hanoi

Open University. Drawing on international standards and lessons from institutions that
have implemented similar courses, the paper proposes a content structure for the course

at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Economic Law and offers recommendations
to enhance the effective integration of responsible business conduct into legal education.
