learning, while higher education institutions have yet to establish appropriate regulations,
                guidelines,  or  legal  frameworks  governing  AI  use.  This  gap  has  led  to  spontaneous,

                unregulated use, limited verification practices, and significant challenges for lecturers in
                evaluating academic performance, thereby affecting the overall quality of legal education.
                The  study  proposes  developing  AI-related  academic  integrity  guidelines,  enhancing
                lecturers’  digital  competencies,  expanding  digital  infrastructure,  and  implementing
                curricular reform to strengthen critical thinking and legal reasoning. The value of this
                research  lies  in  providing  the  first  empirical  evidence  on  AI  usage  behaviors  among
                Vietnamese law students, thereby offering a scientific foundation for policy development
                and innovation in legal education in the age of AI.
