Tóm tắt: Bài viết hệ thống quy định và quá trình rà soát, điều chỉnh chương trình đào
tạo ngành Luật tại Trường Đại học Luật, Đại học Huế nhằm đáp ứng chuẩn chương trình đào
tạo lĩnh vực pháp luật (Quyết định số 678). Mục tiêu là cụ thể trình bày việc điều chỉnh về mục
tiêu đào tạo, chuẩn đầu ra, cấu trúc chương trình và phương pháp giảng dạy… Qua đó, đánh
giá một số thuận lợi và khó khăn khi thực hiện. Phương pháp nghiên cứu kết hợp phân tích,
tổng hợp văn bản pháp lý và tài liệu chuyên môn, khảo cứu tài liệu học thuật và khảo sát thực
tiễn nội bộ (hội nghị góp ý, đề cương học phần, báo cáo nội bộ). Dữ liệu nghiên cứu gồm quy
định pháp luật, tài liệu chương trình đào tạo trước/sau điều chỉnh và ý kiến các bên liên quan.
Kết quả cho thấy, Nhà trường đã cập nhật mục tiêu, lượng hóa chuẩn đầu ra, điều chỉnh tỷ lệ
tín chỉ, bổ sung học phần về kỹ năng và ứng dụng công nghệ, đồng thời tăng cường thực tập,
trải nghiệm. Ý nghĩa nghiên cứu là cung cấp thực tiễn tham khảo cho các cơ sở đào tạo luật
khi triển khai chuẩn ngành theo lộ trình quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo.

Abstract: This paper systematizes the regulatory framework and reviews the process
of revising the Bachelor of Laws curriculum at Hue University's University of Law to meet the
requirements of the National Standards for Undergraduate Legal Education (Decision No.
678). The study aims to clarify curricular adjustments to educational objectives, learning
outcomes, program structure, and pedagogical approaches, and to assess the key facilitators
and challenges encountered during implementation. The research employs a mixed
methodology, combining the analysis and synthesis of legal documents and professional
materials with the review of academic literature and internal empirical data (including
stakeholder consultations, course syllabi, and institutional reports). The dataset comprises
relevant legal regulations, pre- and post-revision curriculum documents, and stakeholder
feedback. The findings indicate that the institution has updated its educational objectives,
operationalized learning outcomes, adjusted credit allocations, incorporated skill-oriented
and technology-enhanced courses, and strengthened internship and experiential learning
components. The study provides practical insights for other law schools on aligning their
curricula with sector-specific standards required by the Ministry of Education and Training.
