                        Table 6 presents the respondents’ viewpoints on the effective ways to enhance the
                  positive impacts of GHRM practices to achieve SGEG in Vietnam’s SMEs. The results
                  of the table show an overall weighted mean of 3.76 and standard deviation of

                  0.80. The respondents ranked providing updated green training programs focused on
                  sustainability practices and linking compensation to the achievement of sustainability
                  goals the highest with the same weighted mean of 3.87. The three activities namely
                  providing  access  to  online  resources  and  e-learning  modules  on  sustainability,
                  incorporating  green  performance  goals  into  employee  performance  evaluations  and
                  reviewing and updating compensation and reward practices regularly came second with

                  the same weighted mean of 3.83. The other three impacts utilizing green recruitment
                  platforms and job boards focused on sustainability, reviewing and updating recruitment
                  and  selection  practices  regularly  and  establishing  specific  and  measurable  green
                  performance goals for driving sustainable economic growth came the third, fourth and
                  fifth with a weighted mean of 3.81, 3.60 and 3.51 accordingly.
