objectives, the absence of sustainable coordination mechanisms, and a lack of

technological readiness. The article provides an in-depth discussion on effective forms of
linkage in the digital era, from co-designing curricula and developing technology-based
practical modules (Legal Tech) to implementing virtual law clinics and structured
internship programs. Consequently, systematic recommendations are proposed to build a
substantive and sustainable cooperation mechanism between legal training institutions
and the business community, contributing to the training of a new generation of lawyers
who can comprehensively meet the demands of the digital labor market.
