The R = Mean/LOD value falls within the 4 < R < 10 range, meeting the requirements. These values demonstrated that the method is applicable for analyzing resistant starch content in starchy food samples. RepeatabilityThe analysis was conducted on reference material samples (CRM-Megazyme), modified starch samples with high resistant starch content, cereal powder samples with medium resistant starch content, mung bean powder samples with low resistant starch content, and purple yam samples. Each sample was analyzed six times, and repeatability was assessed through the RSDr value. The results are shown in Table 7.
