digital transformation in promoting financial inclusion. However, alongside these opportunities,
banks also face numerous challenges related to risk governance, cybersecurity, customer
segmentation, and the digital divide. This paper analyzes both the opportunities and challenges
posed by digital transformation in achieving financial inclusion at Vietnamese commercial banks
and proposes appropriate governance strategies for the coming period.
