sustainable development. Data were collected through surveys of employees at 15 commercial
banks, then processed using SPSS software to perform descriptive statistical analysis and
regression analysis. The results show that strategic governance factors (STR), technology
infrastructure (INF), customer experience (CEX) and information security (IS) have a positive and
statistically significant impact on digital banking governance efficiency (EDBM), thereby
contributing to promoting the sustainable development of banks. The study also recommends that
banks should increase investment in technology infrastructure, improve customer experience and
strengthen information security to enhance management efficiency and long-term development.
