420 PROCEEDINGS OF INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON APPLIED BIOTECHNOLOGYTable 1. Nutritional composition of sand soilNo Indicator Unit Result1 Organic matter content % 0.952 N % 0.063 P2O5 % 0.094 K2O % 0.325 Salinity %u2030 3.606 Clay component % 1.897 Loam component % 11.548 Sand component % 86.73The results show that the content of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the coastal sand is low, not suitable for agriculture, specifically reaching values of 0.95%, 0.06%; 0.09% and 0.32%, respectively. The main mechanical composition is sand, reaching a proportion of 86.73, therefore limiting the process of organic matter formation and accumulation in the soil. Based on the analysis results of the coastal sand composition, it can be seen that this type of soil is not favorable for crop development. 3.2. Organic microbial fertilizer production Straw and chaff are treated using the composting technique [8,24]. During the process, the temperature of the compost pile must be constantly monitored and recorded, as shown in Figure 1.
