APPLIED BIOTECHNOLOGY IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY... 4171N H2SO4 solution, then determine the phosphorus content in the solution using the molybdenum blue colorimetric method (TCVN 5256:2009) [13]; To determine the available potassium in soil, use a 1 molar ammonium acetate solution with a pH of 7.0 to dissolve the available potassium forms. Measure the potassium content in the resulting soil extract using a flame photometer (TCVN 8662:2011)[14].2.2.3. Method of organic microbial fertilizer production [8] After harvesting, straw and chaff will be chopped to a size under 5cm. Mix at a ratio of 1/5: 25 kg of microbial preparation with 125 kg of straw and chaff, then proceed to compost in layers, each layer having a height of 15 - 20 cm. The compost pile should have a height of 1 - 1.2m; width 1.5m; length 2m. Maintain monitoring of the compost pile%u2019s temperature. Proceed to mix the compost pile when the temperature of the raw material mass drops significantly to near the ambient temperature. From day 25, proceed to check the ripeness of the compost pile through the temperature check method (stable temperature, equivalent to the ambient temperature, indicates the compost pile is ripe). The processed product will be analyzed for quality indicators and evaluated against current regulations on the quality of organic fertilizers (QCVN 01-189:2019/BNNPTNT)[15]. Organic fertilizer, after production, typically contains very few beneficial microorganisms. This is because the high temperatures during composting reduce the number of these microorganisms. Current regulations require microbial organic fertilizer to contain at least one strain of beneficial microorganisms with a density of no less than 106 CFU/g. To meet these regulations, this study mixed organic fertilizer with functional microbial preparations at a 20% ratio to create microbial organic fertilizer.
