IN VIVO ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY OF ELECTROSPUN NANOFIBERS LOADED WITH ETHYL-P-METHOXYCINNAMATEDo Thi Dinh1,2, Ngo Thi Phuong3, Do Thi Thao4, Nguyen Thai An1, Do Thi Thanh Huyen3, Le Minh Ha3,5*Abstract: In this study, electrospun nanofibers CS/PLA/PEG loaded with 15% EPMC (Ethyl-p methoxycinnamate) were investigated for their topical and oral anti-inflammatory activity in the formalin and carrageenan-induced mouse paw edema models. The results showed that electrospun nanofibers CS/PLA/PEG loaded with 15% EPMC at a dose of 200 mg/kgP exhibited oral antiinflammatory activity in the carrageenan-induced paw edema model at 5, 6, and 7 hours after injection of carrageenan.
