Local textile and garment enterprises proactively evaluate the socio-economic
benefits between the costs and the results. In addition, local textile and garment

enterprises need to proactively prepare complete documents, evidence, and trace the
origin of raw materials in exported garment products. These products of local textile and
garment enterprises must also meet the requirements of the recycling rate of scrap
materials, product life cycle, clean raw materials, product recyclability and some other
requirements as stipulated in the FTAs.
