Part I provides information, allowing to identify consumer characteristics, classify
consumer groups; Part II is designed to include 15 questions aimed at determining
consumers' understanding of the need to protect the environment and green industrial
products (questions II.1, II.2, II.3), determining consumers' needs for purchasing and
using green industrial products (from question II.4 to question II.9), determining
consumers' ability to use green credit to purchase and use green industrial products (from
question II.10 to question II.15). The following are the survey results of the author
group:

The results in Table 1 show that, in a total of 165 surveys, the average age of
consumers is mainly between 23 - 60 (accounting for approximately 77%), which is
the age when consumers are developing in their work and have a fairly stable income;
In terms of occupation, the survey subjects are mainly civil servants, business employees
and self-employed (accounting for approximately 74%) and they have a personal income
ranging from 5 - 35 million VND/month (accounting for approximately 75%) and a
family income ranging from 5 - 60 million VND/month (accounting for approximately
93%).
