agriculture associated with developing industry and services in rural areas, especially
the processing and consumption of agricultural, forestry and fishery products, using raw
materials and local labor as the core of socio-economic development in rural areas, in
which special incentives are given to enterprises in mountainous areas and areas with
many difficulties in developing forestry economy.
Fourth, develop high-quality human resources in agriculture, enhance farmers'
capacity to organize green agricultural production and business. Implement vocational
training for farmers according to agricultural production projects in the area associated
with new rural construction, ensuring that farmers have a firm grasp of science,
technology and necessary green production skills and processes, so that farmers can
become "professional" farmers, and can master the production process of commodity
products. Support agricultural enterprises in vocational training for farmers when
participating in joint contracts. Focus on training technical staff for agriculture and rural
areas. Continue to implement the program of sending young intellectuals to work at the
commune level.
Fifth, encourage and motivate farmers to improve their lifestyle and work in
harmony with nature
Developing a green economy and green agriculture first of all requires forming a
harmonious lifestyle between humans and nature… Accordingly, first of all, managers
and people need to renew their thinking and awareness, proactively promote green
economy, green growth, green consumption, etc. In addition, the agricultural sector and
localities need to create new breakthroughs with a system of synchronous solutions,
develop ecological agriculture in a multi-value, multi-sector direction, integrating
economic, social, environmental values, etc. Along with that, it is necessary to make
the most of the natural advantages of regions for agricultural development, ensuring
interaction with the ecological environment.
7. Conclusion
Developing green agriculture is developing rural agricultural areas, improving the
material and spiritual life of farmers and local residents. Developing green agriculture
not only ensures sustainability but also ensures harmonious development between rural
and urban areas, between regions, areas, and localities; closely linking industrial and
service development with agriculture, sustainable rural development with urbanization
in the direction of "ecological agriculture, modern countryside, civilized farmers".
However, in addition to the support policies issued by the State and local authorities,
there also needs to be the response of agricultural production and business entities so
that the goal of a green, sustainable agriculture in Vietnam by 2030 can soon be realized.
