N-gram analysis (Figure 5) provides additional context by identifying common multi-
word phrases in positive reviews. “Listening soft music” emerges as the top trigram,
highlighting audio quality as a primary use case and satisfaction driver. Users particularly
appreciate the open-ear audio design for background music during daily activities. “Ray
Ban Meta” and “Hey Meta picture” appear frequently, indicating strong brand recognition
and habitual use of voice commands for photo capture.
Temporal phrases like “time near future” suggest users view the technology as
forward-looking with potential for expansion, while “good battery doesn” (truncated from
“doesn't last”) paradoxically appears in positive reviews, indicating that while battery life
has limitations, users frame this within an otherwise positive experience. Purchase timing
references such as “purchased pairs September” and “pairs September 2024” reveal
cohort effects, with this period representing a significant customer acquisition moment.

4.4. Critical issues in negative reviews
Despite overall positive sentiment, analysis of negative reviews reveals systematic
concerns requiring attention (Figure 6). The dominant terms in negative sentiment word
clouds are “order”, “restore”, “set”, “problem”, “trying” and most prominently,
