                  education, while highlighting the challenges of ethics, cost, and access to technology. To ensure
                  the effective use of AI, the article proposes responsible principles, along with specific solutions
                  to support education managers at Hanoi Open University to fully exploit the potential of AI,
                  contributing to improving the quality of education and affirming the institution’s position in the
                  current educational context.
