The total cost difference between vegetables grown in the Greenhouse and in the
field is 1,818,157.5 VND, however, the difference due to the higher productivity in
terms of quantity of the planting in greenhouse, which is 1,128,157.5 VND (this is a
good difference because the higher productivity leads to higher output. It means, the
cost increases due to increased output), the remaining difference is due to the higher
selling price of 5,000 VND compared to growing in the field, specifically 690,000
VND. This is not a good difference, so we need to try to find ways to reduce costs.
However, the cost difference due to the selling price is not high, only accounting for
38% of the total cost increase due to both quantity and price increase, so the benefits
that we get is from the growth in vertical type in the greenhouse.
