Independent Variables:
Government Support Policies: This variable assesses the impact of government

regulations, incentives, and policies that promote green finance. It is measured by the
presence and effectiveness of laws, subsidies, tax incentives, and other forms of
                  government support.
                        ● Green Technology: This variable evaluates the role of technology in
enabling green finance. It includes the availability and usage of advanced technologies
that reduce environmental impact and enhance the feasibility of green projects.
                        ● Financial Resources: This variable considers the access to and availability
of financial resources for green projects. It examines the extent to which companies can

secure funding for green initiatives, including green loans, investment funds, and other
                  financial instruments.
                        ● Corporate Awareness: This variable gauges the level of awareness and
understanding among real estate companies regarding green finance. It includes
knowledge of the benefits, practices, and importance of green finance in achieving
                  sustainability goals.

                        4.2. Data analysis
The quantitative data is analyzed using statistical methods, including regression
analysis, to determine the relationships between the independent and dependent
variables. The reliability and validity of the survey instruments are assessed using
Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis. Descriptive statistics are used to summarize the
data and provide an overview of the respondents' characteristics.
The qualitative data is analyzed using thematic analysis to identify common

themes and patterns related to the adoption and implementation of green finance. The
qualitative findings are used to support and enrich the quantitative results, providing a
holistic view of the research problem.
