3.5. Circular economy model of Endota Technology Co., Ltd.
Endota Technology Co., Ltd. leverages agricultural by-products to breed black
soldier flies in combination with livestock farming and crop cultivation, particularly
processing mango by-products in a circular loop for high efficiency. Endota's circular
economy model comprises two major projects: Project 1 is the Ecodota Ecological Farm,
and Project 2 is the Black Soldier Fly Bio Product Manufacturing Plant.
Project 1: Ecodota Ecological Farm
The main activity of the farm is to process mango by-products using black soldier
flies. These by-products are collected from local mango plantations, with the company
processing approximately 20 tons of waste daily. The by-products are ground and mixed
with bran in a specific ratio, then used as feed for black soldier fly larvae. After the
rearing process, the farm obtains organic fertilizer from the black soldier flies and the
larvae. The organic fertilizer is distributed to the market for use by plant growers, while
the black soldier fly larvae are further processed in the bioproduct manufacturing plant.

Project 2: Bioproduct Manufacturing Plant
With a capacity of 6,000 liters per day, the company makes full use of the black
soldier fly larvae reared from the Ecodota Ecological Farm. Using advanced hydrolysis
technology, the company transforms these larvae into bioproducts for use in agriculture
and animal husbandry. For crops, this organic product can be used on food crops, fruit
trees, vegetables, and ornamental plants. The benefits for crops include stronger root
development, healthier plants, higher yields, and a reduction in chemical fertilizers. This
contributes to soil improvement, environmental protection, and safety for users.
