Overall, coordinated efforts between the Government and enterprises in promoting
digital transformation and green economy development will establish a solid foundation
for long-term sustainable development in Vietnam.
6.3. For financial institutions and investors
First, capital allocation should prioritize digital transformation and green technology
projects, while integrating ESG criteria into credit appraisal processes.
Second, green financial products such as green credit, green bonds, and sustainable
investment funds should be further developed to support enterprises, especially SMEs.
Third, investment strategies should adopt a long-term perspective based on the
degree of digitalization and sustainable development capacity of enterprises, rather than
                  focusing solely on short-term profits.
Fourth, transparency should be enhanced and digital data applied in environmental
and social risk management to build a sustainable financial ecosystem.
