assessments.  However,  they  pose  significant  challenges  to  academic  integrity,  ethics  and
               responsibility towards learners. The task of educational administrators is to balance the quality
               requirements of training programs and at the same time encourage learners to experience new
               learning  methods.  By  using  qualitative  research  methods  through  inheriting  international
               experience on academic integrity, the authors propose solutions that are considered feasible
               to improve current academic integrity, thereby improving the quality of training programs. The
               groups  of  solutions  are for:  i)  Group  of  solutions  for learners;  ii)  Group  of  solutions for
               teachers and iii) Group of solutions for higher education institutions. The study supplements
               fundamental theories for educational administrators to improve academic integrity.
