                  high value-added stages in global production chains while conserving resources and

                  protecting the environment. This is a key factor in overcoming existing challenges and
                  continuing to lead economic development.
                        Lastly, develop Major Corporations to Lead Industrial Sectors: Implement policies
                  to build large corporations that can guide industrial sectors. Alongside the development
                  of foundational industries, it is crucial to advance industries that produce raw materials
                  for other industrial sectors, such as self-reliant industries, machinery, chemicals, and
                  materials.
