Vietnam. Our empirical results reveal the positive impact of Public Administration on
Investment in Science and Technology, supporting the hypothesis that provinces with
higher levels of efficiency in environmental governance are more likely to have

corporations prioritizing and investing in technology.
Besides, provincial governance influence in the Southeast region of Vietnam is
more significant than in the other areas. The impact of environmental governance
appears less pronounced for larger firms than for small firms. This paper also finds that
the financial sector exhibits a more pronounced moderating effect of provincial
               governance than other industries.
The long-term consequences of these discoveries will be investigated in our

upcoming study, especially considering changing business and environmental policy.
Ultimately, this research suggests that policymakers and corporate leaders should
maintain continuous communication to guarantee that changes are successfully
executed and utilized to promote sustainable development in Vietnam.
