contemporary management expertise. Additionally, the country needs to develop a
comprehensive plan for the coordinated advancement of infrastructure. This plan should
encompass investments in renewable energy resources tailored to local conditions,
funding for technological infrastructure, the creation of high-tech zones, and the
acceleration of digital economic transformation.
Vietnam should engage experienced renewable energy developers to build and
train local companies, which will facilitate the establishment of industry and create
employment opportunities in the country. The country should diversify attraction from
potential markets and partners, focusing on the world's leading developed countries and
transnational corporations with advanced technology and modern management skills.
Vietnam should form a clear roadmap for the synchronous development of
infrastructure, investment in renewable energy development resources suitable for the
locality, investment in technological infrastructure, development of high-tech zones, and
accelerating economic digital transformation.
